Delivery (UK only)
Every print is made to order by our UK print partner. Production usually takes 1-3 working days, then your print is dispatched rolled in a protective tube.
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99, usually 3-5 working days after dispatch. Free on orders of £50 or more.
- Express UK delivery: £6.99, usually 1-2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. Orders with several prints may arrive in separate parcels.
Changing your mind
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email hello@chromeandcoastprints.co.uk, then return the print to Chrome & Coast Prints, 81 Kingfisher Avenue, Hythe, CT21 6QT within 14 days. We refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it back (or proof of return). Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. Damaged or faulty prints
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us (a photo helps). You can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible. You do not need to return a damaged print unless we ask.
