Refund policy
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. You may also cancel at any time before your order is delivered.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the cancellation period expires, for example by email to hello@chromeandcoastprints.co.uk or by post to Chrome & Coast Prints, 81 Kingfisher Avenue, Hythe, CT21 6QT, United Kingdom. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
Returning the goods
Please send the goods back to the address above without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you tell us you are cancelling. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or not as described. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery). We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back, or 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, faulty or not as described, please email us (a photo helps). You are entitled to:
- a full refund if you reject the goods within 30 days of delivery;
- after 30 days, a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or does not fix the problem, a full or partial refund;
- in some cases you can make a claim for up to six years after delivery.
We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
