Terms of service
1. About us
This website is operated by Steve Peter White, a sole trader trading as Chrome & Coast Prints, 81 Kingfisher Avenue, Hythe, CT21 6QT, United Kingdom. Email: hello@chromeandcoastprints.co.uk. We are not registered for VAT.
2. Our products
Our posters are printed to order on archival matte paper. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed product, and product images are for illustration. Our artwork is created by Chrome & Coast Prints using digital tools, including AI-assisted image generation, and is then selected, edited and prepared for print.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Your order
A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order. If we are unable to supply your order, for example because of an error in price or description, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described. Please see our Refund policy, which includes a model cancellation form. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
6. Use of the artwork
Prints are sold for personal display. Buying a print does not give you any right to copy, reproduce or commercially use the design. Vehicle names are used only to identify the vehicles depicted; we are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, and all trade marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
8. Personal information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
